“Tanya’s passion is inspiring! As a mom, running seemed intimidating, but she makes it manageable. After every session, I leave feeling accomplished and amazing.”
I recently joined Tanya's beginner run clinic and it was the best decision!!

We run rain or shine!
For safety, your jogger must have a 5-point harness, bike or all-terrain tires, and suspension. If your baby is under 6 months, you can use an adapter to click the car seat into the jogger.
Stretching is very important for injury prevention. I Provide a pre and post run stretch in every one of my services but stretching at home before and after is recommended.
1-on-1 coaching sessions are typically 45-minute in-person sessions, beginning with a warm-up and followed by focused training.
No problem. Virtual Coaching, a Learn to Run clinic, or a 1-on-1 Coaching session would be perfect to start.
Strongly recommended, a small handheld water bottle would suffice. Small sips are recommended during runs.
