Coach
TANYA BRAUN
Running has always been Tanya’s rhythm. After growing up on the track and becoming a certified run coach post-twins, she founded Mother Runner Coaching to help others run with confidence, ease, and joy—every step of the way.
“Tanya’s passion is inspiring! As a mom, running seemed intimidating, but she makes it manageable. After every session, I leave feeling accomplished and amazing.”
I recently joined Tanya's beginner run clinic and it was the best decision!!

We meet twice a week for 45–60 mins sessions. The first session includes a mini-lesson and run workout. The second session is an endurance run. All sessions start and end with a good stretch!
All depends on several individual factors such as body weight, age and workout factors such as intensity, length, terrain, and incline of your run.

Running on an empty stomach isn't ideal. A small carbohydrate-rich snack is recommended at least 1 hour before your run.
