Before we start, I’ll send over a quick questionnaire to learn about your fitness, your routine, and what you’re personal fitness goals are to build a plan that fits around your busy mama lifestyle.
Planning
Every week, I’ll send you a running plan that’s made just for you—based on where you’re at and where you want to go.
Education
You’ll get a weekly email from me with simple tips, quick stretches, and easy at-home exercises to keep your body feeling good and strong.
Support
We’ll have a weekly check-in by FaceTime, Zoom, phone, or email—whatever works for you. And I’m always just a text or call away if you have questions or need a little encouragement.

What to Expect & What is included
Introduction
I’ll send you a questionnaire to learn more about your fitness level and lifestyle, then we can schedule a 45-minute in-person session at the local track or a nearby stroller-friendly route
Support
I’ll guide you through your running journey with a personalized plan that suits your fitness level and lifestyle, providing support and motivation every step of the way.
Guidance
During the session, we'll focus on your specific areas of interest while reinforcing foundational skills. We'll also spend a few minutes on stretching, strength exercises, and key running drills.
Coaching
The remainder of the session will be spent running, where we’ll identify areas for improvement, strengthen key skills, and celebrate your progress along the way.

I am not a dietitian or nutritionist. I can offer general food recommendations for pre- and post-run workouts, but for specific dietary advice, please consult a licensed professional.
No treadmill needed—just comfortable running shoes, weather-appropriate gear, and a water bottle. You can run at home on a treadmill or outdoors in your neighborhood.
